Dimond are pleased to announce the inclusion of Wide Cover Ridging to our offer, with the recent installation and commissioning of new ridging machines at Hamilton and Christchurch.

With recent changes to the building code, there is a requirement for wide cover ridging in high wind areas - to meet demand we have increased our capability in the ridging/flashing area as the machines also make standard ridging.

The material offer for wide cover ridging is effectively the same as standard ridging, except 525mm wide coils are used.

A few points of note:

• Standard Ridge is commonly referred to as a 130mm leg.
• Wide ridge is commonly referred to as a 200mm leg.
• Wide ridge has a swage half way down the leg to stiffen it.

This new product will offer a solution for our customers in high wind zones.
