Dimondek 630

The newest member of the Dimondek family, Dimondek 630 is a revolutionary concealed fixed profile that can be manufactured on site in lengths up to 100 metres. This allows freedom of design not previously possible, such as gutter to gutter sheets in a continuous draped curve. Plus with no breaks and no screw holes through the roof, leaks are eliminated and the roof lasts longer.

Dimondek 630’s special rib design makes it so strong that not only can it span large buildings in a single sheet, it also allows wide purlin spacings previously restricted to pierced fixed trapezoidal roofing profiles. This makes Dimondek 630 the most economical concealed fixed roofing profile on the market for large commercial jobs.

A Breakthrough in Fixing Technology
The introduction of Dimondek 630 to the New Zealand market by Dimond has seen a change in the design of large commercial buildings. Among other attributes, Dimondek 630 provides the unique ability to eliminate step joints in roofs through it's onsite manufacturing unit and as a result sheet lengths have increased markedly with the current New Zealand record standing at 65.5 metre sheets of Dimondek.

To cater to these ground breaking sheet lengths Dimond have developed an innovative new clip system which ensures strength and durability of the Dimondek 630 system no matter the sheet length.

Dimond has also developed two systems to combat thermal expansion and thermal differentiation. Firstly, a flashing system for Dimondek 630 allows flashings to be attached to Dimondek 630 without piercing the roof itself and accommodates thermal expansion differentiation between the roofing and the flashings so there are no issues with rivets popping. Secondly, Dimond has also introduced Durolite GC — TDS which is used in conjunction with Dimondek 630 and is a patented, long-lasting natural lighting system that allows for the thermal differentiation between the steel Dimondek 630 and the natural lighting sheet.
