Dear Valued Customer,
Following on from our notification on Monday 23rd March, we have now been able to calculate the fuel surcharge. This will initially be $25.71 and will be applied to every order for delivery.
This fuel surcharge will be applied as a separate Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) line on the invoice. This FAF charge is variable and may increase or decrease, in line with movements in the price of fuel.
We will be reviewing the fuel fluctuations weekly and will update you with any changes to the FAF surcharges.
