Dear Valued Customer,

Due to ongoing increases in fuel and distribution costs, we will be updating our Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) effective Monday, 21 September 2026.

Current FAF Charge: $32.49 per delivery

New FAF Charge: $33.09 per delivery

This adjustment reflects the continued increase in fuel-related transportation costs and helps us maintain the delivery service and network our customers rely on.

The updated Fuel Adjustment Factor will apply to all eligible deliveries from 21 September 2026 onwards.
